«النعيم القابضة» تمضي في إجراءات تأسيس صندوق استثمار عقاري تابع لها
أعلنت شركة النعيم القابضة للاستثمارات عن تقدم إحدى شركاتها التابعة، شركة صندوق النعيم العقاري إلى الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية بملف الإيداع الموحد الخاص بإصدار صندوق استثمار النعيم العقاري، وذلك في إطار خطط المجموعة للتوسع في الأنشطة الاستثمارية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن شركة صندوق النعيم العقاري تعد إحدى الشركات التابعة للمجموعة، حيث تمتلك النعيم القابضة حصة تبلغ 99.5% من رأسمالها. وأضافت أن الصندوق المزمع إصداره سيكون صندوق استثمار عقاري مغلقًا من خلال اكتتاب خاص، مشيرة إلى أنه جارٍ استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة والحصول على موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على الإصدار. وأكدت الشركة أنها تتابع الإجراءات التنظيمية مع الجهات الرقابية المختصة، وستقوم بالإفصاح عن أي مستجدات أو تطورات تتعلق بإطلاق الصندوق فور الانتهاء من الإجراءات الرسمية والحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة.BYD shares slide as fierce China competition dents first-half earnings
