«النعيم القابضة» تنفي تأسيس صندوق عقاري بمليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة النعيم القابضة للاستثمارات أن ما تم تداوله بشأن اعتزامها تأسيس صندوق استثمار عقاري بقيمة مليار جنيه غير صحيح، مؤكدة أن الأمر لا يزال في إطار الدراسات والخطط المستقبلية ولم يصل إلى مرحلة اتخاذ قرار نهائي. جاء ذلك في بيان توضيحي أرسلته الشركة إلى البورصة المصرية ردًا على استفسار بشأن صحة الأنباء المتداولة، حيث أوضحت أن ما نُشر يعكس توجهات قيد البحث فقط، دون وجود أي إجراءات تنفيذية حتى الآن. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنها تواصل إدارة استثماراتها المباشرة في القطاع العقاري، إلى جانب دراسة خطط لزيادة الأصول تحت الإدارة، من بينها إمكانية إنشاء صندوق استثمار عقاري، دون تحديد حجمه أو توقيت إطلاقه أو آلية الاكتتاب في وثائقه حتى تاريخه. وأكدت «النعيم القابضة» أنه لم يتم اتخاذ أي قرارات رسمية أو خطوات تنفيذية بشأن هذا المشروع، مشددة على التزامها الكامل بقواعد الإفصاح، وإخطار المستثمرين بأي تطورات جوهرية فور حدوثها، سواء من خلال توقيع اتفاقيات أو التقدم بنشرة اكتتاب إلى الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.Qualcomm CEO says AI agents will replace apps — as chip giant works on 40 new AI-powered devices
