الوزراء تصدر قرارًا بإنشاء وحدة دائمة لتخطيط الطاقة
نشرت الجريدة الرسمية قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 3255 لسنة 2025، بشأن إنشاء وحدة دائمة برئاسة مجلس الوزراء تسمى وحدة تخطيط الطاقة، وذلك في العدد 37 مكرر (أ) الصادر بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2025. وحدة تخطيط الطاقة نصت المادة الأولى من القرار على إضافة بند جديد برقم 9 إلى اختصاصات وحدة تخطيط الطاقة الواردة بالمادة الثالثة من قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 3715 لسنة 2024 بإنشاء الوحدة. كما نصت المادة الثانية من القرار على نشره في الجريدة الرسمية والعمل به من تاريخ النشر. قانون الكهرباء أوضحت الجريدة الرسمية أن القرار صدر بعد الاطلاع على الدستور، وقانون الكهرباء رقم 87 لسنة 2015، وقانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016، وقانون المالية العامة الموحد رقم 6 لسنة 2022، وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 1094 لسنة 1974 بشأن تنظيم رئاسة مجلس الوزراء. وأضافت أن القرار استند أيضاً إلى قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 317 لسنة 2014 بشأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس الأعلى للطاقة وتعديلاته، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 3715 لسنة 2024 بإنشاء وحدة تخطيط الطاقة، وذلك بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء.'Funflation' is on the rise as hobbies get pricier, but consumers keep spending anyway
