«الوزراء» ينزع ملكية أراضي بنزلة السمان لصالح أعمال المنفعة العامة
أصدر مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، قرارًا باعتبار مشروع نزع ملكية الأراضي والعقارات بمنطقة نزلة السمان الممتدة من شارع الأهرام شمالًا وحتى شارع أبو الهول جنوبًا ومن محور المنصورية شرقًا حتى حدود المنطقة الأثرية غربًا بنطاق حي الهرم، من أعمال المنفعة العامة لصالح محافظة الجيزة. تعديل البرنامج الزمني لمشروع أميسال كما أصدر رئيس الوزراء قرارًا بتعديل البرنامج الزمني لمشروع الشركة المصرية للأملاح والمعادن بالفيوم “أميسال”، ليصبح الانتهاء من تنفيذ المشروع في 31 ديسمبر 2025، وبدء الإنتاج الفعلي في 1 يناير 2026. تحويل أراضي كورنيش النيل لفرص استثمارية وجه رئيس الوزراء بسرعة العمل على تحويل الأراضي المطلة على كورنيش النيل إلى فرص استثمارية بأنشطة مختلفة، مؤكدًا سعي الدولة المستمر لتعظيم عوائد أصولها، خاصة غير المستغلة منها، من خلال طرحها للشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، بهدف تحقيق المزيد من العوائد من تلك الأصول. وأوضح أنه تم حصر 110 مواقع مطلة على كورنيش النيل بمحافظة القاهرة بمساحة 430 فدانًا في أحياء الساحل، وروض الفرج، وبولاق أبو العلا، والسيدة زينب، ومصر القديمة، ودار السلام، والمعادي، وطرة، والمعصرة، وغرب القاهرة، بينما تم حصر 82 موقعًا بمحافظة الجيزة بمساحة 315 فدانًا بأحياء الوراق، وإمبابة، والعجوزة، والدقي، وجنوب الجيزة.
