«الوزير» يوجه المستثمرين بسرعة بدء الإنشاءات والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة
وجه كامل الوزير، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية وزير الصناعة والنقل، دعوة عاجلة إلى جميع المستثمرين الصناعيين الذين تسلموا أراضٍ صناعية، بسرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة والبدء الفوري في أعمال الإنشاءات، مع الالتزام الكامل بالجداول الزمنية المحددة للتنفيذ. جولة تفقدية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان جاء ذلك خلال جولة تفقدية أجراها الوزير لعدد من المصانع بمدينة العاشر من رمضان، حيث رصد وجود عدد من قطع الأراضي الصناعية المرفقة التي لم تبدأ بها أي أعمال إنشائية حتى الآن، رغم جاهزيتها، وهو ما اعتبره تجميدًا واحتجازًا غير مبرر للأراضي الصناعية. تعطيل مستهدفات التنمية الصناعية وأشار الوزير إلى أن عدم استغلال هذه الأراضي يعيق مستهدفات الدولة في التوسع الصناعي وتحقيق التنمية الصناعية الحقيقية، مؤكدًا أن تخصيص الأراضي الصناعية يهدف إلى إقامة مشروعات إنتاجية فعلية، وليس الاحتفاظ بها دون تشغيل. إجراءات حاسمة ضد المتقاعسين وشددت وزارة الصناعة على أن عدم الالتزام ببدء التنفيذ وفقًا للبرامج الزمنية المعتمدة سيقابَل بإجراءات حاسمة، في مقدمتها سحب الأراضي من المستثمرين غير الجادين، وإعادة طرحها أمام مستثمرين ملتزمين، بما يسهم في تعظيم الاستفادة من الأراضي الصناعية ودعم خطط الدولة للتنمية الصناعية المستدامة.Ford announces $1 billion investment at Kentucky plant following DOT criticism
