«الوطنية للانتخابات» تستقبل غدًا طلبات الترشح لانتخابات مجلس النواب
أصدرت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات برئاسة القاضي حازم بدوي، القرار رقم 44 لسنة 2025 بشأن تشكيل اللجان المختصة بمتابعة سير الانتخابات وتلقي طلبات الترشح في انتخابات مجلس النواب. تلقي طلبات الترشح تبدأ اللجنة في تلقي طلبات الترشح لانتخابات مجلس النواب لعام 2025 اعتبارًا من غدٍ الأربعاء الموافق 8 أكتوبر وحتى الأربعاء 15 أكتوبر، على أن تُقدَّم الطلبات يوميًا من الساعة التاسعة صباحًا وحتى الخامسة مساءً، باستثناء اليوم الأخير الذي يُغلق فيه باب التقديم في الثانية ظهرًا. فحص المستندات والإجراءات تتولى اللجنة التأكد من استيفاء المستندات المطلوبة وتسليمها إلى لجان فحص طلبات الترشح، وفقًا لأحكام قرار الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات رقم 39 لسنة 2025، والمتعلق بفتح باب الترشح وإجراءاته. عرض الكشوف النهائية وتقوم اللجان بإخطار الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات بكشفي أسماء المترشحين المقبولين بنظامي الفردي والقوائم بعد مراجعة طلباتهم والبت في صفاتهم القانونية. وعقب انتهاء فترة الطعون وتنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة بشأنها، يتم الإعلان عن القوائم النهائية للمترشحين في النظامين الفردي والقوائم، في مكان ظاهر أمام مقر المحكمة الابتدائية المختصة، مع إخطار الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات رسميًا بهذه القوائم.ALANTRA EQUITIES Upgrades Telefónica, S.A. - Depositary Receipt to Neutral from Sell
