«بالم هيلز» تستحوذ على أراضي بالعاصمة الإدارية بمبيعات متوقعة 189 مليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير عن استحواذها على قطعة أرض بمساحة 315 فدانًا عند مدخل العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة بجوار منطقة القاهرة الجديدة، ومن المتوقع أن تحقق هذه الأرض مبيعات إجمالية تصل إلى نحو 160 مليار جنيه خلال السنوات الثماني المقبلة. توسع في القاهرة الجديدة أتمت الشركة صفقة استحواذ أخرى على قطعة أرض بمساحة 97 فدانًا تمثل امتدادًا لمشروعها “بالم هيلز القاهرة الجديدة”، ومن المنتظر إطلاق المشروع الجديد قبل نهاية العام الجاري، بمبيعات متوقعة تبلغ نحو 29 مليار جنيه على مدى ثلاث سنوات. أداء قوي في المبيعات أوضحت بالم هيلز في بيانها للبورصة المصرية أنها حققت مبيعات إجمالية بلغت 182 مليار جنيه خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من عام 2025، مقارنة بنحو 130 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، مما يعكس استمرار قوة الطلب على مشروعاتها العقارية. استراتيجية توسع متكاملة أكدت الشركة أن هذه التوسعات تأتي ضمن استراتيجيتها لتعزيز حضورها في المجتمعات العمرانية المتكاملة وتلبية الطلب المتزايد على المشروعات السكنية والتجارية في السوق المصري.Stocks Supported by Lower Crude Prices and Strength in Chipmakers
