بدء استقبال طلبات حجز شقق مشروع «ديارنا» عن طريق منصة مصر العقارية
بدأت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية صباح اليوم استقبال طلبات مراجعة بيانات حجز شقق الإسكان المتوسط والفاخر ضمن المرحلة الثانية من مشروع “ديارنا”، الذي يضم 400 ألف وحدة سكنية موزعة على عدد من المدن الجديدة، بمساحات وأسعار مختلفة. ويستمر التخصيص حتى مساء غد الاثنين 19 يناير الجاري. آلية التخصيص عبر منصة مصر العقارية وتتم عملية تخصيص وحدات “ديارنا” بالكامل إلكترونيًا عبر منصة مصر العقارية، حيث يمكن للمستفيدين الاطلاع على المشروعات التي قاموا بالحجز بها، واستعراض الوحدات المتاحة داخل كل مشروع، والتعرف على تفاصيل المساحات والأسعار قبل تثبيت الاختيار النهائي. وبمجرد الانتهاء من اختيار الوحدة، تصل رسالة تأكيد للحجز، مما يؤكد نجاح عملية التخصيص. شروط المشاركة في المرحلة الثانية وأوضحت الصفحة الرسمية لمنصة مصر العقارية أن الدخول لمرحلة تخصيص وحدات المرحلة الثانية يقتصر على المواطنين الذين سددوا مقدم جدية الحجز كاملة لمشروع “ديارنا”، واستوفوا كافة الشروط المعلنة مسبقًا. خطوات حجز الشقق عبر المنصة ولتسهيل عملية التخصيص، جاءت خطوات الحجز كالتالي: زيارة الموقع الرسمي لمنصة مصر العقارية، اختيار قائمة المشروعات، تحديد المشروع الذي تم الحجز فيه، استعراض الوحدة المراد حجزها، الاطلاع على تفاصيل الوحدة، وأخيرًا تثبيت اختيار الوحدة ليصلك بعدها رسالة تأكيد الحجز.Trump phones Nvidia’s Huang at All-In Summit, calls data center opposition a ‘hoax’
