بدء اكتتاب زيادة رأسمال «كرستمارك» إلى 179.6 مليون جنيه اليوم

أعلنت شركة كرستمارك للمقاولات والتطوير العقاري، عن إنطلاق اكتتاب زيادة رأسمال الشركة خلال جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء، من 89.8 مليون جنيه إلى 179.6 مليون جنيه بزيادة قدرها 89.8 مليون جنيه. فتح باب الاكتتاب وأوضحت الشركة أنه من المقرر فتح باب الاكتتاب في أسهم زيادة رأسمال الشركة البالغ عددها 561.25 مليون سهم بقيمة إسمية 16 قرشًا للسهم، لمدة 15 يومًا تنتهي يوم الأربعاء 15 أكتوبر المقبل. وتشهد جلسة اليوم، بدء تداول حق الاكتتاب حتى يوم الأحد الموافق 12 أكتوبر 2025 (قبل تاريخ غلق باب الاكتتاب بثلاثة ايام ). سدد كامل قيمة الاكتتاب في حين تسدد كامل قيمة الاكتتاب البالغة 0.16 جنيه للسهم بالإضافة إلى مصاريف الإصدار البالغة 0.004 قرش للسهم الواحد بواقع 4 قروش لكل عشرة أسهم، وذلك من خلال بنك قطر الوطني الأهلي.
