بـ53 مليون جنيه.. تنفيذ صفقة كبرى على أسهم «بايونيرز»
أعلنت البورصة المصرية أنه تم تنفيذ صفقة من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير على أسهم شركة بايونيرز بروبرتيز للتنمية العمرانية. وحسب البورصة المصرية اليوم، شملت الصفقة تنفيذ تداول على عدد 16 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة المصدرة، بإجمالي قيمة بلغت 52.8 مليون جنيه. تأتي هذه الصفقة في إطار تعاملات المستثمرين على الأسهم ذات السيولة المرتفعة، ضمن آلية الصفقات الكبرى التي تتيح تنفيذ عمليات ذات حجم مؤثر خارج نظام التداول العادي دون التأثير على حركة الأسعار بالسوق. ووافق مجلس إدارة شركة بايونيرز بروبرتيز للتنمية العمرانية، على شراء 10 ملايين سهم خزينة تمثل نحو 0.95% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة. وقالت الشركة فى بيان لها، إن قرار شراء أسهم الخزينة يأتي في إطار سعيها لتعزيز ثقة المستثمرين ودعم استقرار السهم في البورصة المصرية، خاصة أن السعر السوقي الحالي لا يعكس الأداء المالي القوي ولا القيمة الدفترية الحقيقية للشركة. وأضافت أن سياسة شراء أسهم الخزينة تمثل أحد الأدوات التي تتبناها منذ أربع سنوات للحفاظ على استقرار السهم، حيث سجلت الشركة مؤخرًا ارتفاعًا في الإيرادات إلى 3.27 مليار جنيه مقارنة بـ 2.65 مليار جنيه خلال فترة المقارنة.Chip Stock Sell-off Puts Downward Pressure on Broader Market
