«بلتون» توضح موقفها من أنباء تغريم بعض البنوك بسبب تعاملات تخصها
أكدت شركة بلتون القابضة التزامها الكامل بأحكام القوانين واللوائح والقواعد الرقابية المعمول بها، وحرصها الدائم على تطبيق أعلى معايير الحوكمة والشفافية. جاء ذلك في بيان أرسلته الشركة إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم ردًا على استفساراتها بشأن ما نُشر على بعض المواقع الإلكترونية حول تغريم عدد من البنوك بسبب تعاملات تخص الشركة. وأوضحت بلتون القابضة أن حق الرد مكفول لتلك البنوك فيما يتعلق بما أُثير من أخبار، مؤكدة في الوقت ذاته على قوة ملاءتها المالية واستقرار أوضاعها. وأكدت الشركة على استمرارها في أداء أعمالها وفق القواعد الرقابية المعتمدة، والتزامها التام بالشفافية في الإفصاح عن أي مستجدات تخصها أو شركاتها التابعة. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت شركة بلتون القابضة عن تفاصيل استخدام متحصلات اكتتاب زيادة رأس المال حتى نهاية يونيو 2025. وأوضحت الشركة، أن القيمة الإجمالية لمتحصلات الاكتتاب بلغت نحو 10.509 مليار جنيه، تم توجيه 5.672 مليار جنيه منها كمدفوعات تحت حساب زيادة رؤوس أموال بعض الشركات التابعة، بهدف التوسع والتنوع في الاستثمارات بما يتماشى مع تطورات الأسواق المالية. كما تم تمويل الشركات التابعة بإجمالي 1.632 مليار جنيه، إلى جانب زيادة رؤوس أموال بعض الشركات التابعة بمبلغ 67.36 مليون جنيه لدعم استثماراتها وتنمية أنشطتها. وأكدت بلتون القابضة أنها استخدمت نحو 70% من قيمة الزيادة وفقًا لما تم الإفصاح عنه في نشرة الاكتتاب، مشيرة إلى أن القيمة المتبقية من متحصلات الاكتتاب تبلغ حوالي 3.137 مليار جنيه، وستُستخدم في استكمال خطط التمويل والتوسع خلال الفترات القادمة.After-Hours Earnings Report for July 23, 2026 : INTC, NEM, FIX, DLR, EW, HIG, VRSN, OVV, SSNC, DECK, SMMT, SSB
