بمبيعات متوقعة 30 مليار جنيه.. «بالم هيلز» و«دله البركة» تطوران مشروع بالقاهرة
وقعت شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير المصرية، اتفاقية استراتيجية مع شركة سملا وعلم الروم للتنمية العمرانية التابعة لشركة دله البركة القابضة السعودية، وذلك لتطوير قطعة أرض بمساحة 97 فداناً تقع في شرق العاصمة المصرية القاهرة. وصرحت مصادر مطلعة أن المبيعات المتوقعة من المشروع الجديد قد تصل إلى 30 مليار جنيه. دله البركة القابضة وكشفت دله البركة القابضة في بيان لها، أن الشراكة تهدف إلى تطوير مجتمع عمراني متكامل متعدد الاستخدامات يلبي الطلب المتزايد على الوجهات السكنية عالية الجودة في شرق القاهرة. وفي تعليق له على هذه الشراكة، قال عبدالعزيز يماني الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة دله البركة القابضة: “تعكس هذه الشراكة ثقتنا في الاقتصاد المصري وقطاعه العقاري، وكذلك في شركة بالم هيلز كشريك استراتيجي، ونتطلع معاً إلى إنشاء وجهة حيوية تساهم في إثراء المشهد العمراني في شرق القاهرة”. وأوضح البيان أن هذه الشراكة تؤكد التزام مجموعة دله البركة وشركة بالم هيلز للتعمير بدعم النمو الاقتصادي والمساهمة في مشاريع تطوير مستدامة في مصر.SpaceX launches massive Starship rocket in first test flight since IPO
