«بنيان» تتقدّم بمستندات زيادة رأس مالها إلى 1.7 مليار جنيه
أعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية، اليوم الخميس، أن شركة بنيان للتنمية والتجارة تقدمت بمستندات قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع، لزيادة نقدية من 1.654 مليار جنيه إلى 1.704 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 50.403 مليون جنيه موزعة على 50.403 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية جنيه واحد للسهم. وأضافت البورصة أن الزيادة تشمل علاوة إصدار بإجمالي 199.596 مليون جنيه، تم ترحيل كامل قيمتها إلى الاحتياطي القانوني، مشيرة إلى أن الزيادة مسددة نقدًا بموجب شهادة إيداع بنكية، وفقًا لأحكام المادة (94) من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون 159 لسنة 1981. وأكدت إدارة البورصة أن المستندات المقدمة من الشركة جاري دراستها وفحصها واستكمالها لعرضها على لجنة القيد. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت شركة بنيان عن استلام المبنى الإداري A5 ضمن مشروع Golden Gate في القاهرة الجديدة، بمساحة إيجارية إجمالية تبلغ 6,888 مترًا مربعًا. ويقع المبنى في موقع استراتيجي متميز على شارع التسعين الجنوبي مباشرة أمام الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة (AUC)، ما يعزز جاذبيته للشركات العالمية والمستأجرين المتميزين. ويُعد هذا المبنى تاسع أصل تشغيلي في محفظة الشركة، في خطوة تعكس استمرار تنفيذ استراتيجية بنيان القائمة على التوسع المدروس وتنمية العوائد التشغيلية المستدامة. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أنها بدأت مفاوضات متقدمة مع عدد من الشركات العالمية لاستئجار كامل المساحات الإدارية بالمبنى، ما يعكس ثقة السوق في جودة أصولها وقيمتها الاستثمارية على المدى الطويل.Leather jacket worn by Nvidia CEO goes for just under $1 million at Sotheby's auction
