«بي إنفستمنتس» تضخ 3 مليار جنيه في مصر والشرق الأوسط خلال عامين
أعلنت شركة «بي انفستمنتس القابضة» أنها تدرس حاليًا عدة استثمارات في مجالات متنوعة تشمل الرعاية الصحية والتعليم والأغذية، تصل قيمتها إلى 2-3 مليارات جنيه في مصر ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط خلال عامين، بالتعاون مع شركاء استراتيجيين. بيع حصة أقلية في “جورميه” وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت الشركة عن نيتها بيع حصة أقلية في شركتها التابعة «جورميه» تتراوح ما بين 20% و30% قبل نهاية العام، ويتولى بنك الاستثمار «إي إف جي» إدارة عملية البيع. وقد تم الاستقرار مبدئيًا على أحد العروض المتقدمة وهو عرض أفريقي، ويجري حاليًا إعداد الفحص النافي للجهالة لتحديد القيمة النهائية للصفقة، على أن تتخطى إجمالي قيمة الشركة في الصفقة 1.5 مليار جنيه. نبذة عن الشركة و«جورميه» تأسست «بي انفستمنتس القابضة» عام 2005، وأُدرجت أسهمها في بورصة مصر في يوليو 2015، وتتخصص في الاستثمار في عدة قطاعات منها التطوير العقاري، والنفط والغاز، وتكامل أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والخدمات المالية غير المصرفية، والطاقة المتجددة، والتصنيع، والأغذية والمشروبات. أما شركة «جورميه» فأسست عام 2006 وافتتحت أول فروعها في 2008، وتمتلك حاليًا 19 فرعًا إضافة إلى مصنعين لإنتاج الوجبات الجاهزة. وكانت «بي انفستمنتس» قد استحوذت على 40% من مجموعة شركات جورميه في نهاية 2018 بتكلفة نحو 65 مليون جنيه.NFL Teams still 'undervalued,' says Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan
