«بي إنفستمنتس» تنفذ بيع 26 مليون سهم في «جورميه» بـ416 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة بي إنفستمنتس القابضة إتمام تنفيذ عملية بيع جزء من حصتها في شركة جورميه إيجيبت دوت كوم للأغذية، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 416 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن عملية البيع تضمنت التنازل عن 26 مليون سهم من حصتها في شركة «جورميه إيجيبت دوت كوم للأغذية». وأشارت «بي إنفستمنتس» إلى أنه عقب إتمام تنفيذ الصفقة، أصبحت ملكيتها المتبقية في شركة «جورميه» تمثل 33.5% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة. وتأتي عملية البيع في إطار إعادة هيكلة حصة «بي إنفستمنتس» في شركة «جورميه»، مع احتفاظها بحصة مؤثرة تبلغ نحو ثلث أسهم الشركة بعد إتمام الصفقة.Soccer superstar Kylian Mbappé on ending 20-year journey with Nike: 'It was time to change'
