«تايكون إنفستمنس» تقترض 10 ملايين جنيه وتدرس الاستحواذ على شركات غير مصرفية
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة تايكون إنفستمنس هولدنج على الحصول على قرض حسن من المساهم الرئيسي، شركة تايكون القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، بقيمة 10 ملايين جنيه، لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ استلام القرض، دون أي فوائد أو عوائد. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن القرض يهدف إلى دعم مركزها المالي وتعزيز محفظتها الاستثمارية، بما يضمن استمرار ترخيصها بمزاولة نشاط تأسيس الشركات والاشتراك في زيادة رؤوس أموالها، مع استيفاء جميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المنصوص عليها في قانون سوق رأس المال رقم 95 لسنة 1992 ولائحته التنفيذية. كما وافق مجلس الإدارة على إعداد دراسة مستقبلية لبحث فرص الاستحواذ على شركات تعمل في قطاع الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية، مع اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تمهيدًا لتنفيذ هذه الخطوة. وقرر المجلس أيضًا إعداد دراسة متكاملة لمعالجة خسائر الشركة وتحسين مركزها المالي، إلى جانب الاستعانة بمكاتب استشارية متخصصة لإعداد الدراسات اللازمة ووضع الحلول المناسبة لمعالجة الخسائر، ومتابعة تنفيذها بما يدعم خطط الشركة المستقبلية.For Gen X investors, dotcom bubble haunts stock market portfolios closing in on retirement
