كشف البنك المركزي المصري ارتفاع تحويلات المصريين العاملين بالخارج إلى 47.3 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقارنة مع 36.5 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي السابق 2024-2025. وأشار المركزي إلى ارتفاع إيرادات قناة السويس إلى 4.4 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقابل 3.6 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي السابق، بزيادة قدرها 800 مليون دولار. كما ارتفعت إيرادات السياحة إلى 18.4 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقارنة مع 16.7 مليار دولار خلال العام السابق. ارتفاع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وذكر البنك المركزي أن صافي تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بلغ 18 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقابل 12.2 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2024-2025. وأوضح أن واردات المنتجات النفطية انخفضت بمقدار 1.2 مليار دولار، مقابل ارتفاع واردات الغاز الطبيعي بقيمة 4.7 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026. عجز الحساب الجاري يرتفع إلى 22.5 مليار دولار وسجل عجز حساب المعاملات الجارية 22.5 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقارنة مع 15.4 مليار دولار خلال العام المالي السابق.
