«ترافكو» جروب ترفع حصتها في جورميه إيجيبت إلى 10%
أعلنت البورصة المصرية عن تنفيذ صفقة شراء أسهم من قبل شركة ترافكو جروب إنترناشونال القابضة، لتعزيز حصتها في شركة جورميه إيجيبت دوت كوم للأغذية. وبحسب البيان المرسل إلى البورصة، قامت ترافكو بشراء 2,042,815 سهمًا، ليصل متوسط سعر الشراء إلى 9.6610 جنيه للسهم، بقيمة إجمالية للصفقة بلغت 6,833,583.32 جنيهًا. وأوضحت البيانات أن نسبة ملكية ترافكو قبل تنفيذ الصفقة كانت 9.839%، بينما ارتفعت بعد تنفيذ الصفقة لتصل إلى 10.016%، فيما لا توجد مجموعات مرتبطة بالمساهم. تم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال شركة هيرميس للوساطة في الأوراق المالية.CNBC Daily Open: Nvidia may still be tech’s king, but Micron just stole a scene
