ترامب يفرض رسوم جمركية إضافية على الصين بنسبة 100%
أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، أمس، أنه سيفرض رسوماً جمركية إضافية بنسبة 100% على الصين، إلى جانب ضوابط على تصدير البرمجيات الاستراتيجية إليها، بدءاً من الأول من نوفمبر المقبل، وذلك رداً على القيود “الصارمة للغاية” التي فرضتها بكين على تصدير المعادن النادرة. تصريحات ترامب قال ترامب في منشور على منصة “تروث سوشال” إن الولايات المتحدة “ستفرض رسوماً جمركية بنسبة 100% على الصين، بالإضافة إلى أي رسوم قائمة حالياً”، مشيراً إلى أن القرار يأتي في ضوء الإجراءات الأخيرة التي اتخذتها بكين. وأضاف أنه لم يعد هناك داعٍ لعقد لقاء مع نظيره الصيني شي جين بينغ. القيود الصينية على المعادن النادرة كانت الصين قد أعلنت، الأسبوع الماضي، فرض قيود إضافية على وصول الشركات الأمريكية إلى الإمدادات اللازمة لصناعات الرقائق الإلكترونية والسيارات والتقنيات الحديثة. وشملت الإجراءات الجديدة توسيع نطاق ضوابط التصدير السابقة، بإضافة شرط يلزم أي شركة – سواء داخل الصين أو خارجها – بالحصول على إذن صيني لتصدير منتجات تحتوي على أكثر من 0.1% من المعادن النادرة في قيمتها. رد بكين على الإجراءات الأمريكية وفي ردها على قرارات واشنطن، فرضت الصين، أمس الجمعة، رسوماً على السفن الأمريكية، وفتحت تحقيقاً في قضايا مكافحة الاحتكار مع شركة كوالكوم الأمريكية، في خطوة اعتُبرت تصعيداً جديداً في النزاع التجاري بين البلدين.Oppenheimer Initiates Coverage of Amneal Pharmaceuticals at Outperform
