تريليون جنيه حجم أعمال صندوق التنمية الحضرية حتى 2030
قال خالد صديق، رئيس صندوق التنمية الحضرية، إن الصندوق مسؤول عن المدن القائمة ووضع خطة للقضاء على المناطق غير الآمنة، تلتها مرحلة تنمية المناطق التاريخية في مصر التي وصل بعضها إلى وضع سيء. وأضاف صديق خلال المؤتمر الذي تنظمه سلطنة عُمان بالقاهرة بالتعاون مع شركة “بلاك دايموند”، أن الصندوق حقق مبيعات العام الماضي بحوالي 30 مليار جنيه، مشيرًا إلى أن حجم أعمال الصندوق حتى عام 2030 يُقدّر بحوالي تريليون جنيه مصري. وضرب صديق المثال بحديقة الفسطاط التي تحولت من منطقة مهملة إلى أكبر حديقة في الشرق الأوسط، باستثمارات 13 مليار جنيه وعلى مساحة 500 فدان، مؤكدًا أن الصندوق أتم بناء 100 ألف وحدة سكنية ضمن خطة لبناء 500 ألف وحدة. فرص استثمارية وخبرة للتصدير وأشار صديق إلى أن الصندوق يعمل على حصر الأراضي القابلة للتنمية على ضفاف النيل بالتعاون مع المستثمرين، مع توفير فرص استثمارية كبيرة وخبرة طويلة يمكن نقلها للخارج، موضحًا أن بعض الجهات الخارجية تزور مصر للاطلاع على تجربة الصندوق في التنمية الحضرية. وأطلقت سفارة سلطنة عُمان بالقاهرة، بالتعاون مع شركة “بلاك دايموند”، النسخة الرابعة من مؤتمر «The Investor» بفندق الجيزة بالاس- الشيخ زايد، اليوم الخميس 20 نوفمبر 2025، على هامش الاحتفال باليوم الوطني العُماني، بمشاركة رفيعة من كبار المسؤولين والمستثمرين من سلطنة عمان ومصر.Cocoa Prices Rebound on Forecasts for Dry Weather in the Ivory Coast
