تعاون بين «البترول» و«إيني» لتجديد الالتزام بمنطقة شمال بورسعيد
شهد كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، و دييجو بورتوجيزي، رئيس منطقة شمال أفريقيا والمشرق العربي بشركة إيني الإيطالية، توقيع مذكرة نوايا ملزمة بين الهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وشركة إيني، وذلك بهدف تجديد الالتزام بمنطقة شمال بورسعيد، بما يعكس الثقة المتبادلة والرغبة المشتركة في توسيع آفاق التعاون الاستراتيجي بين الجانبين. منطقة شمال بورسعيد ويشمل الالتزام منطقة شمال بورسعيد منشآت الجميل الاستراتيجية، التي تُعد مركزًا رئيسيًا لمعالجة الغاز للمشروعات الحالية والمستقبلية بالمنطقة. وقّع المذكرة صلاح عبد الكريم، الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول، و فرانشيسكو جاسباري، مدير عام شركة إيني في مصر، وذلك بحضور محمود أبو اليزيد، نائب مدير عام إيني في مصر. وتحدد المذكرة المبادئ الأساسية لبرنامج العمل المستقبلي، كما تمثل خطوة تمهيدية نحو إبرام اتفاقيات لاحقة تهدف إلى وضع إطار لالتزامات استثمارية جديدة. وعقب التوقيع، أكد الوزير أهمية الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع شركة إيني، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه المذكرة تعزز من تواجد الشركة في منطقة بورسعيد. كما أوضح أن الاتفاق يأتي في إطار جهود الوزارة لتوفير بيئة عمل جاذبة ومحفزة لضخ المزيد من الاستثمارات، وتسريع وتيرة أعمال البحث والاستكشاف وتنمية الاكتشافات غير المنماة، مع الحفاظ على التسهيلات القائمة بالمنطقة نظرًا لأهميتها الاستراتيجية في دعم استقرار الإنتاج وتعظيمه.Oversold Conditions For Performance Food Group (PFGC)
