أصدر الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي قرارا جمهوريا بتعيين محمد عبد الرحمن بسيوني سالم ربيع، رئيس هيئة عمليات القوات المسلحة، رئيساً للهيئة القومية لإدارة الأزمات والطوارئ. وتضمن القرار الجمهوري تعيين هاني محمود سيد منصور مدير سلاح الإشارة بالقوات المسلحة نائبا لرئيس الهيئة القومية لإدارة الأزمات والطوارئ. وشمل القرار الجمهوري كذلك تعيين سامح نبيل يوسف من وزارة الداخلية مساعداً لرئيس الهيئة القومية لإدارة الأزمات والطوارئ، وذلك اعتباراً من تاريخ 9 يوليو 2026.
