تغطية الطرح الخاص لـ«قرة للطاقة» 3.02 مرة بدلًا من 5.7 مرة
كشفت شركة قرة لمشروعات الطاقة والاستثمار، أنه تم تغطية الطرح الخاص بعدد 3.02 مرة بدلًا من 5.7 مرة. وأضافت في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم الخميس، أن ذلك جاء بناء على الخطاب الوارد من شركة برايم كابيتال ( مدير الطرح)، وبعد مراجعة المبالغ المُسددة من عملاء اكتتاب الطرح الخاص من خلال شركات السمسرة المشتركة في الطرح الخاص. وأعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية، في 25 مايو الماضي، عن تغطية الطرح العام لشركة قرة لمشروعات الطاقة والاستثمار بمقدار 31.35 مرة، حيث بلغ إجمالي كميات أوامر الشراء ( الكمية المبدئية) المُسجلة بسوق الصفقات الخاصة 3.103.250 مليون سهم. كما كفت إدارة البورصة، عن فتح سوق الصفقات الخاصة OPR لتسجيل أوامر الشراء على شريحة الطرح الخاص لشركة قرة لمشروعات الطاقة والاستثمار البالغة 148.5 مليون سهم تمثل نسبة 60% من إجمالي الأسهم المطروحة، للمستثمرين المؤهلين المصريين، وذلك اعتبارًا من 18 مايو وحتى 24 مايو.Russia preparing 'massive strikes' on Ukraine's energy sites after deadliest attack of the year
