تغطية الطرح الخاص بـ«توسع للتخصيم» 3.2 مرة
أعلنت شركة “توسع للتخصيم” عن تغطية الطرح الخاص لأسهم الشركة بنحو 3.2 مرة، وذلك من إجمالي عدد الأسهم المطروحة البالغ 15 مليون سهم، وذلك خلال اليومين الأولين من فتح باب تلقي الطلبات. وأضافت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الطرح العام والبالغ 3.75 مليون سهم قد شهد إقبالًا كبيرًا، حيث تم تغطيته حوالي 2.7 مرة حتى نهاية اليوم الثاني من فترة الاكتتاب، والتي تمتد من 2 نوفمبر وحتى 6 نوفمبر 2025. وأوضحت أن الإقبال القوي على الطرحين يعكس ثقة المستثمرين في خطط الشركة للنمو والتوسع في سوق التمويل غير المصرفي، خاصة مع ارتفاع الطلب على حلول التخصيم كأداة تمويل مرنة للشركات في مختلف القطاعات. وأشارت «توسع للتخصيم» إلى أنه سيتم الإعلان لاحقًا عن نسب التخصيص النهائية، تمهيدًا لبدء التداول على أسهم الشركة وفق القواعد المعمول بها بالبورصة المصرية.Trump Media pitched $100,000 monthly fee for fastest feed of U.S. president's posts, sources say
