أعلنت وزارة الإسكان عن طرح 2333 قطعة أرض سكنية بمحاور الإسكان المتوسط والمميز والأكثر تميزاً، ضمن الطرح السادس لمبادرة “مسكن”. يبدأ حجز الأراضي يوم الأحد الموافق 14 سبتمبر 2025، ويستمر لمدة شهرين حتى 13 نوفمبر 2025، ويبحث المواطنين عن تفاصيل الطرح. تفاصيل كراسة شروط الإسكان المتوسط تشمل كراسة الشروط الأراضي المطروحة في 18 مدينة جديدة، منها: 6 أكتوبر، العبور، العاشر من رمضان، أخميم الجديدة، الصالحية الجديدة، الفشن الجديدة، الفيوم الجديدة، المنيا الجديدة، بدر، طيبة الجديدة، قنا الجديدة، ناصر الجديدة “غرب أسيوط”، أسوان الجديدة، أسيوط الجديدة، السادات، برج العرب الجديدة، حدائق أكتوبر، وسوهاج الجديدة. تصنيف الأراضي حسب نوع الإسكان 1221 قطعة أرض إسكان متوسط موزعة في 8 مدن جديدة. 828 قطعة أرض إسكان مميز موزعة في 9 مدن جديدة. 174 قطعة أرض إسكان أكثر تميزا في 3 مدن جديدة. حصة ذوي الهمم تضمن الطرح تخصيص 112 قطعة أرض سكنية من بين الأراضي المطروحة لفئة ذوي الهمم، ضمن جهود الوزارة لتوفير وحدات سكنية متكاملة لجميع المواطنين.
