تنفيذ صفقة على 10 مليون سهم من «بايونيرز بروبرتيز» بـ 41 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة بايونيرز بروبرتيز للتنمية العمرانية، المدرجة بالبورصة المصرية عن تنفيذ صفقة كبيرة اليوم الاثنين 6 أبريل 2026. وأوضحت البورصة المصرية اليوم، أنه تم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير (BLOCK TRADING) على عدد 10,000,000 سهم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 41,000,000 جنيه. تراجعت أرباح شركة بايونيرز بروبرتيز للتنمية العمرانية، بنسبة 46.5% خلال العام الماضي، لتصل 674.3 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بربح 1.26 مليار جنيه خلال 2024. فيما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة إلى 6.41 مليار جنيه خلال 2025 ، مقابل 4.99 مليار جنيه إيرادات في العام السابق له. وزادت تكلفة الأنشطة خلال العام الماضي إلى 4.25 مليار جنيه، مقابل 3.63 مليار جنيه في العام السابق له. تراجعت أرباح شركة بايونيرز بروبرتيز للتنمية العمرانية، بنسبة 55% خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام الماضي، لتصل 663.4 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بربح 1.47 مليار جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من 2024. فيما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام الماضي إلى 4.7 مليار جنيه، مقابل 3.92 مليار جنيه في الفترة نفسها من 2024.
