تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية أسهم لـ«أكت فاينانشال» مقابل 34.8 مليون جنيه

أعلنت البورصة المصرية، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21 أكتوبر 2025، عن تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم شركة أكت فاينانشال للاستشارات – وذلك في إطار نقل ملكية أسهم بنظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. ووفقًا للبيان، تم تنفيذ الصفقة على عدد 11,256,859 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 34,896,263 جنيهًا. وفي وقت سابق، وافق بالإجماع على تعيين شركة أصول عربية للاستثمار والاستشارات المالية (OIB) كمستشار مالي مستقل، لإعداد دراسة بالقيمة العادلة للأصول المزمع شراؤها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية،أن الأصول المستهدف تقييمها تشمل عدد (6) وحدات إدارية بمشروع URBN-K ضمن مشروع قطامية كريكس بمنطقة القاهرة الجديدة، وذلك تنفيذًا لأحكام المادة 44 من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية. ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار التزام الشركة بالشفافية والإفصاح الكامل عن عملياتها الاستثمارية، وبما يتوافق مع متطلبات الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، التي قيدت شركة «أصول عربية» ضمن سجل المستشارين الماليين المستقلين بموجب قرار الهيئة رقم 3079 لسنة 2024.
