أعلن جهاز تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر استمرار العمل بكافة أفرعه بالمحافظات طوال أيام الأسبوع، بما في ذلك يوم الأحد، من الساعة 8 صباحًا حتى 4 عصرًا، عدا يومي الجمعة والسبت. تيسير الخدمات للمواطنين يأتي القرار في إطار التيسير على المواطنين وأصحاب المشروعات، وضمان إتاحة الخدمات المالية وغير المالية بشكل منتظم، بما يشمل التقدم للحصول على التمويلات وسداد الأقساط، إلى جانب المشاركة في البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة في ريادة الأعمال وفق الجداول المعلنة. خدمات الشباك الواحد يواصل الجهاز تقديم خدمات الشباك الواحد، التي تتضمن تسهيل إجراءات ترخيص المشروعات، ومساعدة رواد الأعمال في الاستفادة من الحوافز والتيسيرات التي توفرها الدولة، بما يدعم نمو المشروعات وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية. دعم مستمر عبر خدمة العملاء وفي السياق ذاته، تستمر خدمة العملاء في العمل يوميًا من الساعة 8:30 صباحًا وحتى 9 مساءً طوال أيام الأسبوع، للرد على استفسارات المواطنين وتقديم المعلومات الخاصة بالخدمات ومواقع الأفرع، من خلال الخط الساخن 16733.
