«تنمية المشروعات» يضخ 148 مليون جنيه بالقاهرة في مشروعات التنمية المجتمعية
قال باسل رحمي رئيس جهاز تنمية المشروعات إن الجهاز نجح بالتعاون مع محافظة القاهرة في تنفيذ مشروعات بمجالات البنية الأساسية والتنمية المجتمعية بإجمالي تمويلات بلغت 148 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يوليو 2014 وحتى مارس 2026، وذلك عبر أساليب العمالة كثيفة التشغيل التي وفرت نحو 386 ألف يومية عمل للعمالة غير المنتظمة. وأضاف أن هذه الجهود تأتي في إطار دعم تحسين مستوى المعيشة داخل المناطق الأكثر احتياجاً، من خلال تنفيذ مشروعات خدمية تعتمد على تشغيل العمالة المحلية بشكل مباشر. ملحق تمويل جديد لتطوير عزبة خير الله وأوضح رحمي أن الجهاز وقع مع محافظة القاهرة ملحق تمويل تكميلي بقيمة 13.5 مليون جنيه لاستكمال أعمال تطوير منطقة عزبة خير الله، ضمن برنامج الارتقاء الحضري وتعزيز فرص العمل بالمناطق غير المخططة بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي بمنحة مفوضة إلى الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية. وأشار إلى أن المشروع سيستفيد منه نحو 25 ألف مواطن من سكان المنطقة، كما سيوفر حوالي 6750 يومية عمل للعمالة غير المنتظمة، من خلال مشروعات تشمل تطوير ورفع كفاءة شبكة الطرق وممرات المشاة، واستكمال أعمال البنية التحتية بعد الانتهاء من الصرف الصحي، بالإضافة إلى تطوير مدرسة فؤاد جلال الابتدائية بعزبة خير الله.The key metric investors are most focused on when Costco reports earnings
