«جراند إنفستمنت» تبيع أصول بـ 14.3 مليون جنيه بالجيزة
أعلنت شركة جراند انفستمنت القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، أن شركتها التابعة جراند إنفستمنت لتداول الأوراق المالية قامت ببيع وحدتين إداريتين غير مستغلتين مملوكتين لها في القرية الذكية بمحافظة الجيزة. وقالت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم الأربعاء، إن قيمة بيع الوحدتين بلغت 14.33 مليون جنيه، بهدف تعزيز السيولة النقدية لمواصلة أنشطتها التشغيلية. وذكرت الشركة أن صافي أرباحها بلغ 1.11 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من أبريل حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقابل 1.41 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام المالي السابق، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة المجمعة خلال الستة أشهر لتصل إلى 3.04 مليون جنيه، مقابل 2.66 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنة. وعلى صعيد القوائم المالية المستقلة، سجلت الشركة أرباحًا بلغت 868.304 ألف جنيه، مقابل 226.71 ألف جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.Banco Macro Becomes Oversold (BMA)
