جنينة: أتوقع انخفاض سعر الدولار تحت مستويات الـ 47 جنيهاً
توقع هاني جنينة، رئيس قسم البحوث في الأهلي فاروس، انخفاض سعر صرف الدولار أمام الجنيه المصري ليصل إلى ما دون 47 جنيهاً، ويتراوح بين 46 و46.5 جنيه خلال النصف الأول من العام، على أن يهبط إلى 45 جنيهاً بنهاية 2026. تأثير خفض الفائدة على السوق وأشار جنينة خلال مؤتمر شركة تيتان مصر للأسمنت بالتعاون مع الأهلي فاروس، إلى توقع خفض سعر الفائدة بمقدار 400 نقطة أساس خلال النصف الأول من العام، مع احتمال أن يخفض البنك المركزي المصري 200 نقطة أساس في اجتماع فبراير المقبل. استقرار أسعار الأسمنت خلال 2026 وأوضح أن أسعار الأسمنت ستتجه نحو الاستقرار أو الانخفاض الطفيف خلال عام 2026، مع توقع تراجع محتمل بحد أقصى نحو 5%، مستبعدًا حدوث انخفاضات حادة في الأسعار. وأكد أن توازن العرض والطلب في السوق المحلية، وارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج والطاقة، واستمرار المشروعات القومية والبنية التحتية، كلها عوامل تدعم استقرار السوق خلال الفترة المقبلة.AI regulation calls grow in D.C. after researcher's extinction warning
