«جولد إيرا» تستحوذ على 15% من «برايم القابضة» مقابل 151 مليون جنيه

أعلنت شركة برايم القابضة للاستثمارات المالية استحواذ شركة «عصر الذهب لتجارة الذهب (جولد إيرا للذهب)» على حصة تبلغ 14.99% من رأسمال الشركة، وذلك عبر شراء 52.467 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 151.286 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن متوسط سعر شراء السهم بلغ 2.883 جنيه، فيما قامت شركة جلوبال إنفيست لتداول الأوراق المالية بدور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وأضافت أن حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم تشمل حصة بنسبة 9.99% مملوكة لجون وحيد يسري، لترتفع الحصة الإجمالية للمساهم والمجموعة المرتبطة بعد تنفيذ الصفقة إلى 24.98%. ووفقًا لهيكل ملكية الشركة، يتصدر رجل الأعمال السعودي فهد بن حمد بن إبراهيم الحرقان قائمة المساهمين الرئيسيين في برايم القابضة بحصة تبلغ 24.98%، تليه شركة جولد إيرا للذهب بنسبة 14.99%، ثم شركة الأهلي للاستثمارات بنسبة 14.21%.
