«حسن علام» تحصل على 25 مليون دولار من الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار

كشف البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية “EBRD”، عن تقديم قرض لشركة حسن علام القابضة، إحدى أكبر شركات المقاولات والهندسة في مصر والمنطقة، بقيمة 25 مليون دولار. وأوضح البنك أن التمويل يساعد الشركة في في تنمية عملياتها وخفض انبعاثات الكربون في مصر وتمويل شراء النفقات الرأسمالية والآلات، بما في ذلك استبدال المعدات التي تعمل بالديزل ببدائل كهربائية. ولا يزال المشروع في مرحلة الصرف وقد تمت الموافقة على التمويل في ديسمبر الماضي، بحسب بيانات منشورة على الموقع الإلكتروني للبنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية. وأكد البنك الأوروبي، أن التمويل يحقق إضافة مالية من خلال توفير شروط تمويل غير متاحة لدى البنوك التجارية المحلية إلى جانب إضافة غير مالية تتمثل في الشراكة طويلة الأمد مع المجموعة، والتي تعزز ثقة العميل في الاستثمار في الابتكارات منخفضة الكربون خصوصًا التحول من المعدات التي تعمل بالديزل إلى البدائل الكهربائية. ووفقا البنك الأوروبي، فإن حصة تبلغ 54% من قيمة التمويل مصنفة كتمويل أخضر، نظرًا لتوجيهها إلى أنشطة تدعم أهداف الحد من الانبعاثات وتحسين كفاءة الطاقة، وذلك وفقًا لمنهجية البنك لتحديد نسبة التمويل الأخضر، وبالتحديد القسم 4.6 الخاص بكفاءة الطاقة.
