«حسن علام» و«جروفا» توقعان عقدًا بـ550 مليون دولار لتنفيذ مشروع بالقاهرة الجديدة
أعلنت شركة حسن علام للإنشاءات، إحدى شركات مجموعة حسن علام القابضة، عن توقيع عقد بقيمة 550 مليون دولار أمريكي لتنفيذ مشروع تطويري متكامل على مساحة 305 أفدنة بالقاهرة الجديدة، وذلك ضمن شراكة استراتيجية بين شركة جروفا للتطوير وحسن علام العقارية. وبموجب العقد، تتولى حسن علام للإنشاءات تنفيذ المشروع بنظام تسليم المفتاح، متضمنًا أعمال الهندسة والبناء للفيلات المستقلة والتاون هاوس والفيلات المزدوجة، إلى جانب المساحات التجارية والمكتبية والمباني متعددة الاستخدامات، فضلًا عن تطوير البنية التحتية وهندسة المساحات الخارجية. ويعتمد المخطط العام للمشروع على رؤية عمرانية مستدامة تمزج بين الرفاهية والهدوء والتكامل البيئي، لتقديم أسلوب حياة متوازن وتجربة سكنية راقية داخل مجتمع حضري حديث. وأكدت مجموعة حسن علام أن هذا المشروع يأتي امتدادًا لاستراتيجيتها في توسيع وتنويع محفظتها الاستثمارية عبر مختلف القطاعات، واستمرارًا لدورها في قيادة التنمية العمرانية المستدامة في مصر والمنطقة، مستندةً إلى تاريخها الممتد لأكثر من تسعة عقود من الخبرة والتنفيذ المتميز والشراكات الموثوقة.How this 70-year-old honey bee farmer is keeping his family farm alive: 'We completely rely on Mother Nature'
