يستعد المواطنون لتغيير الساعة إلى التوقيت الشتوي مساء اليوم، بتأخير عقارب الساعة 60 دقيقة بدلاً من التوقيت الصيفي، طبقًا للقانون الذي ينص على بدء العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي يوم الخميس الأخير من أكتوبر، أي 30 أكتوبر 2025، ليُطبق عمليًا صباح الجمعة 31 أكتوبر 2025. خطوات تغيير الساعة على الهواتف 1. الدخول إلى قائمة الإعدادات في الهاتف. 2. التأكد من تفعيل آخر تحديث للهاتف لضمان تغيير الساعة تلقائيًا. 3. النقر على أيقونة “التاريخ والوقت” (Date & Time). 4. تفعيل خيار “تحديد الوقت تلقائيًا” لتحديث الساعة أو اختيار تعديل الساعة يدويًا لتصبح 11 مساءً بدلاً من 12 صباحًا. أهمية التوقيت الشتوي يساهم التوقيت الشتوي في الاستفادة من ضوء النهار الطبيعي في الصباح، مما يعزز النشاط والمزاج العام ويقلل استهلاك الكهرباء في ساعات الصباح الأولى. كما يتوافق مع الإيقاع البيولوجي للجسم في فصل الشتاء، حيث يفضل النوم المبكر والاستيقاظ مع شروق الشمس.
