خفضا للتكاليف.. «أمازون» تسرح 30 ألف موظف
تخطط شركة أمازون لتسريح ما يصل إلى 30 ألف موظف من موظفيها حول العالم بدءًا من اليوم، وفق ما ذكرت وكالة رويترز. أكبر جهة توظيف خاصة في الولايات المتحدة تعد أمازون ثاني أكبر جهة توظيف خاصة في الولايات المتحدة، حيث بلغ عدد موظفيها أكثر من 1.54 مليون موظف بنهاية الربع الثاني، منهم نحو 350 ألف موظف في الولايات المتحدة. وقد نفذت الشركة عمليات تسريح مستمرة منذ عام 2022، أدت إلى تسريح أكثر من 27 ألف موظف، واستمرت عمليات التسريح هذا العام. عمليات تسريح في شركات كبرى أخرى ومنذ بداية 2025، سرحت شركة مايكروسوفت حوالي 15 ألف موظف، فيما ألغت ميتا الأسبوع الماضي نحو 600 وظيفة في وحدة الذكاء الاصطناعي التابعة لها. كما ألغت جوجل أكثر من 100 وظيفة مرتبطة بالتصميم في وحدتها السحابية في وقت سابق من الشهر الجاري. خفض التكاليف وتبسيط الهيكل الإداري وتأتي عمليات التسريح في إطار جهود أوسع لخفض التكاليف بدأها الرئيس التنفيذي لأمازون، آندي جاسي، خلال جائحة كوفيد-19، كما يسعى إلى تبسيط هيكل الشركة المؤسسي عبر تقليل عدد المديرين بهدف إزالة الطبقات الإدارية وتبسيط الهيكل الإداري.Amazon cracks down on use of AI images by sellers after New York law
