دومتي تعلن إتمام تقسيم الشركة إلى كيانين وتشغيلهما بشكل منفصل

أعلنت شركة الصناعات الغذائية العربية – دومتي، عن إتمام عملية تقسيم أنشطتها إلى كيانين منفصلين على المستوى التشغيلي خلال الربع الثاني من العام الجاري، في خطوة استراتيجية تستهدف إعادة هيكلة الشركة وتخصيص مسارات عملها بما يعزز كفاءتها وتنافسيتها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أنه تم إيداع مشروع التقسيم بالهيئة العامة للاستثمار خلال يونيو الماضي، ومن المنتظر صدور التقرير الرسمي من الهيئة خلال الأيام المقبلة. ومن المقرر استكمال إجراءات التقسيم بشكل قانوني قبل نهاية العام الجاري، لتبدأ دومتي عام 2026 كشركتين مستقلتين بالكامل. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن عملية التقسيم، إلى جانب طرح شعارها الجديد، أثرت سلبًا على نتائج الربع الثاني من 2025، خاصة على صعيد المبيعات، وهو ما انعكس في الأداء المالي للنصف الأول من العام حيث هبط صافي الأرباح بنسبة 94% إلى 14.66 مليون جنيه، مقابل 241.06 مليون جنيه في الفترة المماثلة من 2024، كما تراجعت المبيعات الإجمالية إلى 4.25 مليار جنيه. ورغم هذه التحديات، أكدت دومتي أن المبيعات عادت لمستوياتها الطبيعية خلال الربع الثالث من العام الجاري، مع توقع تحسن تدريجي في معدلات الربحية، بالرغم من ارتفاع المصروفات التسويقية المصاحبة لعملية إعادة الهيكلة. وشددت الشركة على أن الآثار السلبية للتقسيم مؤقتة، وأن الفصل القانوني بين الكيانين سيمكنهما من تحقيق أداء أكثر قوة واستدامة على المدى الطويل.
