أعلنت شركة العاشر من رمضان للصناعات الدوائية والمستحضرات التشخيصية «راميدا» أنها تلقت طلبًا من الشركة السعودية السابعة للاستثمار، التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي (PIF)، لترشيح ممثل عنها لعضوية مجلس إدارة الشركة. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن الشركة السعودية السابعة للاستثمار تمتلك حصة تتجاوز 11% من رأس مال «راميدا»، مشيرة إلى إرفاق ملخص محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 5 فبراير 2026 ضمن الإفصاح المقدم لإدارة البورصة المصرية. ويأتي هذا التطور في إطار تعزيز مشاركة المستثمرين الرئيسيين في هيكل الإدارة، بما يدعم استراتيجية الشركة وخططها التوسعية خلال الفترة المقبلة.NFL's Roger Goodell is playing the international long game ahead of league's Australia debut
