«راية القابضة» تتقدم بعرض شراء إجباري للاستحواذ على حصة إضافية في شركة تابعة
أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أنها تلقت بنهاية جلسة تداول الأربعاء 27 أغسطس 2025، مشروع إعلان عرض شراء إجباري مقدم من شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية وأطرافها المرتبطة، المالكة لحوالي 60.8% من أسهم شركة راية لخدمات مراكز الاتصالات، الشركة المستهدفة بالعرض. هدف العرض يهدف العرض إلى رفع نسبة ملكية “راية القابضة” إلى 90% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة المستهدفة، من خلال شراء النسبة المكملة لهذا الحد بسعر نقدي قدره 7.50 جنيه للسهم الواحد. إجراءات الرقابة المالية وأوضحت الهيئة أن العرض جارٍ فحصه ودراسته حاليًا، تمهيدًا لاتخاذ القرار بشأنه، مؤكدة أنه سيتم نشر التفاصيل على شاشة إعلانات البورصة المصرية وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها.Dividend stocks outperformed the S&P in July.
