راية القابضة: Triangle Energy تبيع مليون سهم بـ6.25 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، عن قيام شركة Triangle Energy International Limited بخفض حصتها في رأسمال راية من 5.36% إلى 5.33%. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن Triangle Energy باعت نحو مليون سهم من أسهم راية بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 6.252 مليون جنيه. وبلغ متوسط سعر البيع 6.25 جنيه للسهم، فيما قامت شركة الأهلي فاروس لتداول الأوراق المالية بدور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وأشارت راية إلى أن حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم تشمل 0.65% لصالح نادية هانم عبد العزيز، و0.000004% لصالح عمرو محمد أحمد. وبعد تنفيذ الصفقة، تراجع إجمالي حصة البائع والأطراف المرتبطة به إلى 5.99%، مقابل 6.01% قبل تنفيذ الصفقة.AI is changing how lawyers work — and putting the billable hour under pressure
