«راية» توقّع مذكرة مع «ويلزي» لتقديم حلول تقنية ودعم تشغيلي للمشروعات
أعلنت شركة راية لخدمات مراكز البيانات – التابعة لشركة راية للنظم والمملوكة بالكامل لشركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية – عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة ويلزي المتخصصة في إدارة الثروات، وذلك على هامش فعاليات معرض Cairo ICT 2025 المنعقد يوم 18 نوفمبر 2025 بالقاهرة. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم، تستهدف مذكرة التفاهم إقامة شراكة استراتيجية بين الجانبين، تقوم من خلالها راية بتقديم حلول تقنية متقدمة ودعم تشغيلي لمشروعات ومبادرات شركة ويلزي الحالية والمستقبلية. كما تهدف الشراكة إلى تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحسين مستويات الأمن السيبراني عبر دمج قدرات راية في خدمات الحوسبة السحابية والاتصالات وأمن المعلومات، مع خبرات ويلزي في القطاع المالي. وتسهم هذه الخطوة في تسريع وتيرة التحول الرقمي داخل القطاع المالي، وتوفير بنية تحتية أكثر ذكاءً وأمانًا وكفاءة، بما يدعم التوسع في الخدمات الرقمية وتطوير حلول مبتكرة تخدم المؤسسات المالية والمتعاملين بالسوق. وأكدت الشركتان أن مذكرة التفاهم تمثل بداية لتعاون طويل الأجل يهدف لتطوير منظومة التكنولوجيا المالية ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة في السوق المصرية.Cattle Rallying on Monday Following Bullish USDA Data
