رغم إجازة البنوك.. فتح فروع «ناصر الاجتماعي» الخميس لصرف المعاشات
قررت مايا مرسي، وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي ورئيسة مجلس إدارة بنك ناصر الاجتماعي، فتح جميع فروع البنك المنتشرة على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية يوم الخميس الأول من يناير، استثنائيًا رغم إجازة البنوك، في إطار حرص الدولة على تسهيل حصول أصحاب المعاشات على مستحقاتهم المالية في مواعيدها المحددة دون أي معوقات. تسهيل عملية الصرف ويبدأ العمل داخل الفروع من الساعة الثامنة والنصف صباحًا وحتى الساعة الثالثة عصرًا، بما يتيح لأكبر عدد ممكن من أصحاب المعاشات التوجه إلى الفروع لصرف مستحقاتهم بسهولة ويسر. وأوضحت وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي أن صرف المعاشات سيكون متاحًا أيضًا عبر شبكة ماكينات الصراف الآلي التابعة للبنك، ومنظومة «123» التي تتيح الصرف من ماكينات البنوك الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى منافذ شركتي «فوري» و«فوري بلس»، ضمن استراتيجية البنك لتوسيع قنوات تقديم الخدمة والوصول إلى المواطنين في مواقع تواجدهم. متابعة دقيقة لضمان الخدمة وأشار أسامة السيد، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك ناصر الاجتماعي، إلى صدور تعليمات مشددة لجميع مديري وموظفي الفروع بمتابعة سير العمل على مدار اليوم، وتغذية ماكينات الصراف الآلي بالنقدية الكافية، لضمان انتظام عمليات الصرف وتفادي أي تكدسات أو تعطل. كما تم التأكيد على سرعة التعامل مع أي معوقات أو شكاوى قد تواجه المواطنين، لضمان تقديم خدمة لائقة تحافظ على حقوق أصحاب المعاشات وتيسر حصولهم على مستحقاتهم.Trump says U.S. to build a 'large Military presence' in Greenland as part of a security deal with it and Denmark
