«ريدكون بروبرتيز» تدرس مشروعاً جديداً في مصر باستثمارات تتصل لـ 25 مليار جنيه
قال طارق الجمال، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “ريدكون بروبرتيز”، أن الشركة تدرس مشروعاً جديداً في السوق المصرية باستثمارات تتراوح بين 20 و25 مليار جنيه وأضاف “الجمال” في تصريحات صحفية، على هامش مؤتمر البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الشركة تستهدف التوسع في السوق الإماراتية، ولا سيما أبوظبي، خلال الأسابيع القليلة المقبلة. وأوضح إن وفد الشركة سيتجه إلى الإمارات لبحث الدخول في عدة مشروعات يجري الإعداد لها، مشيرا إلى أن أبوظبي تُعدّ “واعدة جداً”. شركة “البحر الأحمر” وأضاف أن الشركة تعمل حالياً مع أحد المطورين في السعودية، وهي شركة “البحر الأحمر” التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي، وقد حصلت على تكليفات إضافية من العميل نفسه، معتبراً أن تكرار التعاقدات يُمثل مؤشراً على نجاح المشروعات الجارية. وذكر الجمال أن “ريدكون بروبرتيز” تدرس مشروعاً جديداً في السوق المصرية باستثمارات تتراوح بين 20 و25 مليار جنيه، يتضمن مجمع شقق فندقية ومكاتب إدارية، مشيراً إلى أن المشروع يخضع حالياً للدراسة.Retailer Revolve announces partnership with Donatella Versace
