«زالدي للاستثمار» ترفع حصتها في «توسع للتخصيم» إلى 1.69%
رفعت شركة زالدي للاستثمار حصتها في رأسمال شركة توسع للتخصيم من 1.33% إلى 1.69%، وذلك عقب تنفيذ صفقة شراء لعدد من أسهم الشركة خلال تعاملات البورصة المصرية. وأفادت شركة كايرو كابيتال سيكورتيز، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الإثنين، أن زالدي للاستثمار قامت بشراء نحو 265.22 ألف سهم من أسهم توسع للتخصيم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 1.064 مليون جنيه. وبلغ متوسط سعر الشراء في الصفقة نحو 4.012 جنيه للسهم الواحد، في إطار تعاملات السوق الرئيسية، حيث تولت شركة كايرو كابيتال سيكورتيز دور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وعقب تنفيذ عملية الشراء، ارتفعت نسبة حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم المشتري لتصل إلى 5.023% من أسهم الشركة، مقارنة بنحو 4.67% قبل إتمام الصفقة، ما يعكس زيادة استثمار المساهم في الشركة وتعزيز موقعه ضمن هيكل الملكية.VIX owner Cboe jumps into prediction markets to build on zero-day options growth
