«زهراء المعادي» تتلقى خطاب نية للاستحواذ على 90% من أسهمها
أعلنت شركة زهراء المعادي للاستثمار والتنمية أنها تلقت خطابًا رسميًا موجَّهًا إلى إدارة الشركة من المستشار القانوني لكل من أحمد طارق خليل ومحمد فاروق عبد المنعم، يفيد بعزمهما التقدم بعرض شراء إجباري للاستحواذ على 90% من إجمالي أسهم رأس مال الشركة، وذلك بسعر مستهدف 6.95 جنيه للسهم الواحد، مع التأكيد على عدم شطب أسهم الشركة من البورصة المصرية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيانها المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن عرض نية الشراء مقدم عن مقدّمي العرض وعن الشركات والكيانات التي يمثلونها، وذلك من خلال مكتب MH&R بالتعاون مع مكتب White & Case. وأشار البيان إلى أن العرض يستند إلى عدة مرتكزات أساسية، تشمل بدء التفاوض مع المساهمين الرئيسيين بالشركة من أجل التوصل لاتفاق نهائي بشأن قبول العرض، إلى جانب الانتهاء من إجراءات الفحص النافي للجهالة الخاص بالشركة، فضلًا عن الحصول على جميع الموافقات الرقابية اللازمة لإتمام صفقة الاستحواذ وفق القوانين المنظمة. وأكدت “زهراء المعادي” أنه سيتم عرض خطاب نية الشراء على أول اجتماع مجلس إدارة قادم لاتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات، مشيرة إلى تعاونها الكامل مع الجهات المعنية، وموجهة الشكر لإدارة البورصة على حسن المتابعة.Sugar Prices Recover on Brazilian Real Strength
