«زهراء المعادي» توافق على تطوير 104 فدانًا باستثمارات 82 مليار جنيه
وافقت شركة زهراء المعادي للاستثمار والتعمير على العرض المقدم من شركة الصافي للتطوير العقاري لتطوير قطعة أرض بمساحة 104.32 فدان، ضمن الشطر الرابع عشر بمدينة زهراء المعادي، لإقامة مشروع سكني متكامل الخدمات. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن قيمة التعاقدات التقديرية للمشروع تبلغ نحو 82.028 مليار جنيه، فيما تبلغ حصة شركة زهراء المعادي نحو 30.432 مليار جنيه، مع حد أدنى مضمون قدره 22 مليار جنيه، على أن يتم تحصيل حصة الشركة على مدار 9 سنوات. وأضافت أن مجلس الإدارة وافق بالإجماع على العرض بعد دراسة وتقييمه من النواحي الفنية والمالية والعقارية والقانونية، والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط والمواصفات وتحقيقه مصلحة الشركة. وقرر المجلس عرض الموافقة على الجمعية العامة العادية للشركة، المقرر انعقادها اليوم الخميس 17 سبتمبر 2026، لاعتماد العرض المقدم من شركة الصافي للتطوير العقاري. كما وافق مجلس إدارة زهراء المعادي على طرح بيع 22 وحدة سكنية ضمن «ميني كمبوند» بالشطر الثامن بمدينة زهراء المعادي.JPMorgan Chase, Goldman and other big banks report earnings this week.
