«سي ثري كابيتال» يرفع حصته في «القاهرة للدواجن» مقابل 28.5 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة القاهرة للدواجن، تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم الشركة مقابل 28.48 مليون جنيه، حسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم. وأوضحت الشركة أن صندوق استثمار سي ثري كابيتال 1 قام بشراء عدد 1.1 مليون سهم من أسهم القاهرة للدواجن، ليرتفع بذلك نصيب ملكيته من 3.281% قبل تنفيذ الصفقة إلى 3.511% بعد التنفيذ. وبحسب الإفصاح، بلغت نسبة ملكية المساهم ومجموعته المرتبطة بعد الصفقة نحو 5.172% من رأسمال الشركة، في حين سجل متوسط سعر الشراء نحو 25.89 جنيهًا للسهم. وذكر الإفصاح أن القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة بلغت نحو 28.48 مليون جنيه، وتم تنفيذها من خلال شركة التجاري الدولي للسمسرة في الأوراق المالية. حققت شركة القاهرة للدواجن ارتفاعًا في صافي أرباحها بنسبة 29% خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2025، لتسجل 2.36 مليار جنيه، مقابل نحو 1.83 مليار جنيه في الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. وجاء ارتفاع الأرباح مدعومًا بتحسن الكفاءة التشغيلية وتراجع تكاليف التمويل. وارتفع هامش صافي الربح إلى 19.7%، مما يعكس قدرة الشركة على الحفاظ على ربحيتها رغم الضغوط التضخمية وتراجع القوة الشرائية للمستهلكين. كما زادت الإيرادات بنسبة 12.4% على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 11.98 مليار جنيه، مدفوعةً بارتفاع أسعار البيع في قطاعي الدواجن والمصنعات (كوكي) إلى جانب النمو القوي في مبيعات الأعلاف، التي ارتفعت بنسبة 26% بدعم من زيادة مبيعات أعلاف الماشية والدواجن.Jim Cramer sees a big risk to the bull market resurfacing — and it's not the Iran war
