شركة العاصمة الإدارية تحقق 133 مليار جنيه أرباح خلال 10 سنوات
قال خالد عباس، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة العاصمة الإدارية، أن العاصمة الإدارية بعد عشر سنوات من تأسيسها أصبحت العاصمة الجديدة وليست مجرد حي حكومي، لأنها مدينة متكاملة بكل الخدمات، موضحًا أن الشركة حققت أرباحًا في العشر سنين بلغت 133 مليار جنيه قبل الضرائب، وسددت منها 37 مليار جنيه للدولة في شكل ضرائب، ووصلت الأصول على الأرض إلى نحو 310 مليارات جنيه. رأس المال المدفوع وأضاف “عباس” خلال حواره مع الإعلامية لميس الحديدي ببرنامج “الصورة” عبر فضائية “النهار”، أن رأس المال المدفوع بدأ بـ8.5 مليار جنيه ووصل اليوم إلى 44.5 أو 45 مليار جنيه مدفوعين بالكامل. وأشار إلى أن الأرض تمتد على 230 ألف فدان، المرحلة الأولى منها 40 ألف فدان أو 170 مليون متر، وتم الانتهاء من 75% من البنى الأساسية والخدمات، وأن الشركة صرفت في حوالي 70% من هذه الأراضي وما زالت تحتفظ بحوالي 25 مليون متر تحت البيع حاليًا. وشدد على أن الشركة تمتلك مدينة وليست مشروعًا عقاريًا ضخمًا، وأن كل الخدمات داخل العاصمة من طرق ولاندسكيب وكهرباء ومرافق هي مسؤولية الشركة بالكامل، وأن محطة المياه الخاصة بالشركة تصل تكلفتها إلى 40 مليار جنيه بتمويل كامل من الشركة وليس من الدولة، وأن سعر السهم ارتفع من 100 جنيه إلى أكثر من 400 جنيه، وأن الشركة وزعت نحو 98 أو 100 مليار جنيه على المساهمين خلال عشر سنوات.Trump Media advisor Katie Zacharia offered White House press secretary role
