انضم شريف البحيري إلى أسرة البنك الأهلي المصري، ليشغل منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لعمليات البنك بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويتمتع البحيري بخبرة مصرفية ومهنية واسعة، إذ شغل مؤخرًا منصب العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مصر للابتكار الرقمي، كما تولى سابقًا رئاسة قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والتمويل متناهي الصغر والتمويل الإسلامي ببنك مصر. وشغل البحيري أيضًا عدة مناصب قيادية في بنك باركليز مصر، منها رئيس قطاع التجزئة المصرفية والمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ورئيس قطاعات الاستراتيجية والتخطيط والتسويق وشئون الشركات. وانضم إلى بنك باركليز عام 2006 بمقره في الإمارات كمركز للأسواق الناشئة، وتنقل بين عدد من الأسواق، من بينها روسيا. وقبل ذلك، تقلّد البحيري عدة مناصب في كل من سيتي بنك وشركة فودافون، ما يعكس مسارًا مهنيًا متنوعًا في القطاع المصرفي والرقمي.Parents who are really good at handling tantrums do 5 things—their kids become more emotionally intelligent, says psychologist
