«شيني للخزف» تعتزم إنشاء مصنع لإنتاج أدوات المائدة
وافقت الشركة العامة لمنتجات الخزف والصيني «شيني» على إقامة مصنع جديد لإنتاج أدوات المائدة، وقد أعدت شركة ريكويزا للاستشارات المالية دراسة المشروع تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة الاستثمار بالشركة القابضة للصناعات المعدنية. وأكدت الشركة في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية اليوم أنه لم يتم اتخاذ أي قرار بعد بشأن التكلفة أو التفاصيل الجوهرية للمشروع قبل الحصول على موافقة لجنة الاستثمار. وفي سياق آخر، أعلنت الشركة عن بيع شركة ميدفيرت مصر للاستثمار كامل حصتها في رأسمال شيني البالغة 5.40%. وبلغت الصفقة بيع 2,719,820 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية 35.251 مليون جنيه، بمعدل متوسط سعر للسهم 12.961 جنيهًا. وقد تولت شركة الأهلي فاروس لتداول الأوراق المالية تنفيذ الصفقة كسمسار. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار تحركات المساهمين لإعادة هيكلة استثماراتهم، فيما تواصل شيني نشاطها في قطاع منتجات الخزف والصيني بالسوق المصري.This struggling home furnishings stock is on the cusp of a comeback, Jefferies says
